My purpose is to Behold Awesomeness in people, in possibility, and in the present moment.

As a facilitator of transformation, master coach, mindfulness guide, and author, I serve as a kind of tour guide for the inner journey walking alongside leaders as they evolve, awaken, and shape the legacy they’ll leave behind.

I hold space that is clear, courageous, and deeply compassionate. I listen closely to what clients feel, what they say they want, and then reflect back what they may truly need to shift. It’s in that mirror that clarity often arises and from there, courage follows.

This work is about more than performance. It’s about presence. I help leaders and teams build trust, deepen connection, and root their cultures in worthiness, not fear. I support people to reconnect to their own spirit, to find meaning beyond titles and metrics, and to leave every place, every room, every system a little better than they found it. My essence is shaped by dignity, integrity, humour, fun, and freedom. With these as my compass, I invite transformation that is both profound and light.

I’ve spent the last 20 years coaching and facilitating transformation to individuals and leaders of organizations by supporting them in letting go of limiting beliefs to truly live their highest potential.

Along the way, I transformed my own life to one of joy, fulfilment, and success beyond my imagination. For my clients and I, this was only possible with a shift in root perspective – shining light on our subconscious beliefs.

What I have realized is that the key practices that made the biggest difference were meditation and journaling. It is my life purpose to support as many people as I can to make this shift and live the life of their dreams and I am committed to sharing this wisdom.
